Rates are based on the week of Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4 pm the first Saturday. Check-out time is 9am the following Saturday.


Off-Season Rates:
 $2800 per week (7 night minimum); additional nights $513 per night

Rates are subject to a 6.875% Minnesota Sales Tax

Additional Charges:

If extra dock space is needed (more than 2 boats): $10/day or $50/week
Boat launch fee: $10

We are sorry, but because of the nature of this lodge and other guests' allergies, we cannot accommodate pets or smoking in the lodge.

Policies
Deposit Requirements

A deposit of $1000 is required by January 1st  for all summer rentals.  Off-season deposit is $300 to confirm the reservation.  Payment may be made via Paypal with a credit card or Paypal account.  An invoice will be emailed to you following completion of reservation information.

Balance Payment:
If you would like to pay the balance with a credit card or Paypal account you may do so online at least one week prior to your arrival date.

Check or money order payments may be made at the time of check in.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately.  If we can secure another rental for the same time period, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Damage Deposit:

A $200 damage deposit made by credit card or check is required at the time of deposit payment and will be retained by the owners until the lodge is cleaned.  If any damages have occurred or if excessive cleaning is required the charges will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder will be returned to you.
